Reducers
A reducer is recommended for simple force reduction of a gas spring. Before using the reducer, hold the gas spring with the cylinder upwards for at least 1 minute. Doing this the small amount of oil sinks down and will therefore not leak out of the gas spring. It is however advisable to keep a towel nearby.
